We commit to using only all natural products (no artificial colours or artificial flavours) and the use of only the freshest ingredients in our ice cream. We make all the ice cream and sorbet ourselves from our own tradition recipes, so we know exactly what ingredients are used.

All the ice cream (Except for Chocolate, Raisin Cubano and Vanilla) we make is free of egg products and by-products.

Our ice cream and sorbets are Gluten , GM, Wheat, Yeast and Gelatin FREE.

Our factory is also nut free and our ice cream contains no nut products.

Our sorbets are 99% fat free, lactose and egg free. We use real fruits and flavours in our ice cream it carries a substantially less fat content than ‘mass’ produced ice cream!
